Troop Aid was founded by husband and wife team Al and Pam Sutton, after they visited military patients at Birmingham’s Selly Oak Hospital and they decided to distribute personal items to soldiers returning from warzones. Come along and hear all about the charity and what we could do to help.

Barrow Boys to Bankers: Bidford on Avon WI are putting on a coach trip to London. Contrasting stories of rags and riches in London districts, a stone’s throw from each other but worlds apart. In the morning a walking tour of the atmospheric streets and alleys of Spitalfields and Whitechapel, in the afternoon the story of banking in the Square Mile with a coach tour and a visit to the Bank of England Museum.
