This Committee has delegated powers to consider planning applications and to make comments and recommendations. It meets once a month to discuss planning applications.

This Committee has delegated powers and is responsible for planning expenditure and monitoring the Council's financial affairs. It is also responsible for the development and determination of all the Parish Council policies and of allocating resources, and of developing and reviewing the Parish Council's relationships with all external bodies. It meets at regular intervals.

Amenities, Play Areas, Youth Shelters and Environment Working Group

This Working Group, which does not have delegated powers, is responsible for the recreational and amenity functions including the care of all the land for which the parish Council is responsible. Its environmental responsibilities include initiatives to preserve and enhance the conservation areas and to consider implementation of transport and community safety issues, particularly the safety of all the playing areas.
Allotments and Burial Grounds

This Working Group, which does not have delegated powers, are responsible for the administration work in connection with the allotments and burial grounds of the Parish Council, such as: Collecting the rent for the allotments twice a year; Ensure that the allotments are kept tidy; Liaise with Funeral Directors, Vicars etc. in connection with burials and ensure all documentation is correct and up to date; Ensure the safety of the cemeteries by annually carrying out a physical check of all the stones and/or monuments, and taking the necessary measures in case of damage to any of them.
